At the beginning of June (Tuesday 8^th) we announced the beginning of construction works at the Žilina Building Authority, in accordance with the valid building permission issued to us. These actually started on Monday, June 14^th. So if you go around, you will definitely notice the bustling construction traffic.

Of course, our goal is that the construction work does not unduly disturb the immediate surroundings. However, this is not always possible. Therefore, we ask for your patience. The reward for all of this will be the building of the Ružiček's house, which will retain its historical and functional form, but will also bring greenery to the city centre.

If you pass by this place regularly or live in this part of town, you can watch the everyday change on site. It will certainly be interesting to compare the object as it looked two weeks ago, as it looks today, and what its final appearance will be in a few months
